Job summary

The Learning Lane is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, on-site work in Texas. You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, supported by in-house Behavior Analysts. Training is provided on-site to obtain RBT certification, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs.

We guarantee 40 hours per week, paid lunch, and full benefits. Join a supportive team that puts kids first and helps them reach their full potential.
