Job summary

Learning Path ABA Services is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to work with children under BCBA supervision. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and in-home settings in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma; RBT certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it with support. We offer ongoing training, supervision, a supportive team, and pay ranging from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, plus benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with support).
• Experience working with children (ABA, autism, education, childcare, or related fields).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and in-home settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings.

Learning Path ABA Services LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a supportive clinic environment.

Previous ABA experience is welcomed but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping children succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs
• Help children develop communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions
• Use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Communicate professionally with BCBAs, leadership, coworkers, and caregivers
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and engaging therapy environment
• Celebrate client progress and help make learning fun!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must meet applicable RBT/BT and payer requirements
• Ability to complete required training and competencies
• Ability to safely participate in the physical components of working with children
