A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides 1:1 behavioral intervention service to children with special needs and support to their families. RBTs are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
This is performed by physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/Nursing Supervisor.
High School Diploma, or GED
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification preferred or actively enrolled in a 40-hour RBT course, or complete RBT Certification within 60 days of employment. Pediatric experience preferred.
All employees must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.
