Succeed ABA - North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in Roxboro, NC. You will implement ABA interventions in natural environments, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This in-person role offers weekly pay, health insurance, incentives, and opportunities for growth under supportive supervision and a structured workflow.

Competenze

• RBT Certification or 40 hours course.
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
