Job summary

Ambitions ABA provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team!

As an RBT, you will follow BCBA guidance, prepare for sessions, implement interventions, and collect data while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$25, exam fee assistance, free CEUs, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with experience with children in professional or volunteer settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
