Job summary

Ambitions ABA provides in-home ABA therapy for children and family support, and is hiring an RBT to join our caring team. We offer $20–$25 per hour, with exam fees covered, free CEUs, referral bonuses, paid training, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.

As an RBT, you will follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan, prepare for sessions, implement procedures, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while collecting data on progress.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Experience with children in professional or volunteer settings is favorable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
