Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Richmond, IN. We offer in-home and in-school ABA services across Indiana and provide flexible schedules, paid training, and growth opportunities.

You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA plans, document progress, and collaborate with families. Prior RBT certification and BACB registration are required; travel locally and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services one-on-one with children.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and document client data.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and track meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate progress records for clients.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutIndiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
