Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Richmond, IN to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Indiana. You will work one-on-one with children, deliver individualized therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for professional development. Travel to client homes is required as needed.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Travel to clients' homes or community settings as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutIndiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
