Total Care ABA in Indiana is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings.

Earn $18–$27 per hour with flexible schedules; in-person services across Indiana. You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, support skill development, and coordinate with families and the clinical team.

Prerequisites include RBT certification, BACB registration, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.

• Provide services in home, school, and community settings across Indiana.
• Participate in staff trainings and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
