Job summary

Applied ABC in Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA at our Autism Therapy Center in Maryland. You will implement individualized intervention plans, participate in ongoing staff training, collect therapy data, and communicate with supervisory staff.

Requires 1 year ABA experience, BA in related field (or pursuing), and valid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC Maryland
