Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting session data in clients' homes.
The candidate should hold an active RBT certificate, have experience with autism, and communicate effectively with BCBAs, educators, and families. Weekend availability and flexibility are preferred.
Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States.
What we are looking for ?
Behavioral Support & Intervention
Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
Regular communication with supervisory staff
Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
Weekday and weekend availability
Collect therapy session data
Active RBT certification (required).
Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, ABA principles, and crisis management techniques.
Strong adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to s
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with BCBAs, educators, and school staff.
Experience with AAC and functional communication (preferred).
Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.
