Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, patient, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based support services to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Phoenixville, PA area.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct support and behavioral services to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. You will help individuals develop independence, improve social skills, achieve personal goals, and enhance their overall quality of life.
