Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience providing community-based or in-home services is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Phoenixville area.

• Successful completion of required background checks, onboarding, and training requirements.

Position Overview
