Are you interested in supporting children with autism to reach their fullest potential? Then this is the position for you! BAYADA BPN is looking for seasoned RBTs for after-school hours. MUST have in-home experience.

About the role

At BAYADA Home Health Care, our clients come first, and our employees are our greatest asset. We seek dedicated professionals with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. The RBT credential, offered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), is required for providing services under ABA or insurance-based contracts. This position involves working with children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders 1:1 in the home, community, and at The Pennsauken Center for ABA Services.

Flexible Scheduling

• Shifts available Monday through Friday and weekends if desired
• Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

• CPR/FA certification

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment and behavior support plans to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Build and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families, respecting their values and beliefs.
• Apply behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
• Accurately document interventions and progress.
• Collect and review behavior data to inform treatment adjustments.
• Assist clients in acquiring skills and meeting goals as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Provide transportation and support as needed for activities.
• Support clients in developing interpersonal and community living skills.
• Monitor health and report any changes or incidents.
