Job summary

Easterseals West Kentucky, Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide individualized, clinic-based behavioral interventions for children with autism.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social and daily living skills while recording progress and adhering to payor requirements. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, at our Paducah, KY location, with pay between 17.50 and 19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Training provided through Easterseals for RBT credential.
• Ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects and goals.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Must be a citizen of the United States and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

POSITION SUMMARY

Pay: 17.50 Hr-19.50 HR

Easterseals West Kentucky, Inc. is searching for a full-time Registered Behavior Technical (RBT). The RBT will be responsible for providing individualized services to children with autism in a clinic-based setting. The RBT provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The RBT will report directly to the Vice President of Autism Services.
