Innovate ABA in North San Diego County is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized ABA treatment plans and data collection under BCBA supervision. You’ll collaborate with BCBAs, communicate with parents, participate in staff training, and enjoy paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits as part of a clinician-led team at Innovate ABA.

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Collect data
Work side by side with BCBAs to ensure quality services
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
Take part in staff training and special events
Reliable transportation to service the Central San Diego region
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
RBT/BCAT Certification required
Prior experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required—we provide training
Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm
Spanish speaking preferred
