Job summary

Innovate ABA in North San Diego County is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized ABA treatment plans and data collection under BCBA supervision. You’ll collaborate with BCBAs, communicate with parents, participate in staff training, and enjoy paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits as part of a clinician-led team at Innovate ABA.

• Reliability with transportation to Central San Diego region.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• RBT/BCAT Certification required.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation to service the Central San Diego region

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

• RBT/BCAT Certification required

• Prior experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required—we provide training

• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm

• Spanish speaking preferred
