Job summary

Innovate ABA is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support children and families across Orange County, including Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, and Tustin. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure high-quality services.

The role offers clinician-led mentorship, paid training, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have basic data collection and communication skills.
• Experience working with children or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required; training provided.
• RBT/BCAT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation to service the Orange County region

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

• RBT/BCAT Certification preferred

• Prior experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required—we provide training

• Availability Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM; part-time candidates must have consistent availability during peak afternoon/evening hours (3:00–8:00 PM)
