Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring entry‑level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism at the North Richlands Hills Treatment Center. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional half‑day Saturdays. Full‑time is preferred; part‑time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Successful completion of background check, child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months–10 years.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry‑Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism in the North Richlands Hills Treatment Center. Whether you are new to ABA or already certified, we offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Centers operate 8 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional half‑day Saturdays. Full‑time is preferred; part‑time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months–10 years
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data

Pay & Career Growth

• Entry Level (training): $15.00/hr
• RBT I (1‑3 mo certified): $16.00/hr
• RBT II (3‑6 mo certified): $16.50/hr
• RBT III (6‑9 mo certified): $18.00/hr
• RBT IV (9‑12 mo certified): $19.00/hr
• RBT V (12+ mo certified): $20.00/hr
• Senior RBT (12+ mo at BI, client count dependent): $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)

Preferred:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to sit, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods during sessions
• Ability to move quickly to respond to client safety needs, including occasional running
• Visual and auditory alertness to monitor client behavior and environment
• Ability to physically prompt or redirect clients as part of therapy protocols
