Job summary

Innovate ABA in Oceanside, CA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to join our clinician-led team delivering ABA therapy in the North San Diego County area.

You’ll implement treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and communicate with families. We offer BCBA-owned leadership, growth paths, and comprehensive benefits as we expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RBT/BCAT certification required or preferred.
• Spanish language skills encouraged for family communication.
• Reliable transportation to service North San Diego County.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality services.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in staff training and events.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation to service the Central San Diego region

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

• RBT/BCAT Certification required

• Prior experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required-we provide training

• Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm

• Spanish speaking preferred
