Job summary

Innovate ABA, LLC in Coronado, CA, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support students in the Coronado/South San Diego County area.

You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure high-quality services. Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm, with ongoing training provided.

Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply; the clinic offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities as it expands.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to service the Central San Diego region.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• RBT/BCAT Certification required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities optional, training provided.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
