Job summary

Behavior Change Success Corp is seeking certified RBT technicians/ABA Therapists with 2-3 years of hands-on ABA experience. You will provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, implementing programs designed by the supervisor and collecting behavioral data.

Role requires fostering client autonomy with dignity, completing documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Schedule is Mon/Wed/Fri 4:05pm-6:05pm, with optional LI center work; Nassau/Suffolk County in-person.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on ABA experience.
• Experience with direct client care and data collection.
• Ability to communicate with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Implement programs written by the case supervisor.
• Assist in fostering autonomy with dignity and respect.
• Complete case documentation.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Communicate progress with parents per supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 4:05pm-6:05pm (in-person).
• Possible work at the Plainview center.
• Location: Nassau/Suffolk County, LI, in-person commute required.

Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking certiied RBT technicians/ABA Therapists who have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the ield.

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
• Implement programs written by the case supervisor
• Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
• Complete case documentation
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Eectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certiied Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:05pm-6:05pm. There is also the opportunity to work at our center in Plainview.
• Job Location: Nassau/Suolk County, in-person, A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
