Job summary

Behavior Change Success Corp in Nassau County, Long Island, is seeking certified RBT technicians/ABA Therapists with 2-3 years hands-on ABA experience to provide direct client care and implement programs. You will collect data, document progress, and communicate with families as needed.

The role mainly covers after-school and weekend hours, with some opportunities to work at our Plainview center. Candidates must be able to commute around Long Island.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on ABA experience
• RBT certification preferred
• Ability to commute around Long Island

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Implement programs written by the case supervisor
• Assist in fostering autonomy with dignity and respect
• Complete case documentation
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Follow prescribed ABA protocols for skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by the BCBA
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Schedule: primarily after-school and weekends; opportunity to work at our Plainview center

Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking certiied RBT technicians/ABA Therapists who have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the ield.

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
• Implement programs written by the case supervisor
• Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
• Complete case documentation
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Eectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certiied Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Schedule: Primarily after-school and weekends. There is also the opportunity to work at our center in Plainview.
• Job Location: Nassau/Suolk County, in-person, A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
