Job summary

Behavior Change Success Corp seeks a certified RBT ABA Therapist to provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings on Long Island. You will implement programs, collect data, and document progress under supervision, ensuring autonomy with dignity.

Candidates must have RBT certification and 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience, and be able to commute to Dix Hills, NY. The role requires in-person work Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm–6:30pm, plus Saturdays mornings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Implement programs written by the case supervisor.
• Assist in fostering autonomy with dignity and respect.
• Complete case documentation.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays from 4:30pm-6:30pm and Saturdays for 3 hours in the morning between 11am-4pm.
• Job Location: Dix Hills, NY, in-person, A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking certified RBT technicians/ABA Therapists who have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the ield.

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
• Implement programs written by the case supervisor
• Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
• Complete case documentation
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Eectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certiied Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
