RBT Behavior Technician (ABA)
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (M-F)
Location: caseload in Northern and Central Berkshire County, MA
$1500 sign on bonus
RBT Behavior Technician (ABA) Overview:
In this role, you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and individualized support to individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviors, focusing on improving language, self-help, play, social, and ADL skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll provide services in homes or community settings throughout Berkshire County, collaborating with other EI specialists and families to implement behavioral treatment plans for individuals under and over age 3. The position typically involves flexible scheduling, including late afternoons and weekends, to meet the needs of the population. While this is a full-time position, UCP is willing to consider hiring two qualified part-time staff to support mornings and afternoons/evenings.
Current RBT certification preferred. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and complete Safety Care training within 6 months of hire date if not already obtained.
