Stepping Stone Kids Therapy in Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.
• Sunshine Credentialed preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to participate in training and mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect accurate session data and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention procedures and safety protocols as directed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team to support client progress.
• Attend team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with ethics, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, and company policies.
