Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy Llc is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekend work. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA, build essential communication and daily living skills, and maintain precise session data.

Training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement are provided. Experience with ABA is preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT credential preferred.
• Sunshine Credentialed preferred.
• Willingness to train for RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect accurate session data and maintain clinical documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention procedures and safety protocols as directed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team to support client progress.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Maintain productivity and documentation expectations.
