All About ABA, LLC in Georgia is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home team. You will implement ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision, work one-on-one with individuals with ASD, and help collect data on progress.

Requirements include RBT certification and a high school diploma; experience with ASD is preferred. This flexible, part-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working along side a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.

Please be aware that this position is for in-home.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy

• RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
