Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join as an in-home clinician in Georgia. You will work under a BCBA to implement ABA therapy plans with individuals and families, collecting data and adjusting strategies as needed.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours, with competitive pay based on experience and certification. Candidates should have RBT certification and be able to travel to clients'' homes with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors (Central Reach).
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.

All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.

Please be aware that this position is for in-home.

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy

Requirements

• RBT certification
