All About ABA, LLC in Paterson, NJ is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will work under a BCBA and implement ABA therapy plans in-home, providing compassionate one-on-one therapy.

The position is part-time with flexible scheduling; compensation is $20-$25 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma; relevant experience with ASD preferred; transportation and ability to work independently are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working along side a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.
