Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes behavioral intervention, data collection, and collaboration with supervising staff.

The candidate should hold an active RBT certification, have experience with autism, and be able to work weekday and weekend hours in home-based settings. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and crisis management techniques.
  • Strong adaptability and quick response to situations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication with BCBAs, educators, and staff.
  • Experience with AAC and functional communication (preferred).

Responsibilities

What we are looking for?

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
