Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. The RBT role operates in-home, delivering one-to-one behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or pursuing relevant education, and a valid RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is required, with data collection and ongoing staff training emphasized.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
