Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work in homes under BCBA supervision, with weekday and weekend hours and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include implementing one-to-one interventions, collecting data, and communicating with supervisors. This is a field position designed for individuals with ABA experience and an RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
• Valid RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data; Schedule required: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 7:00pm

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
