Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, data collection, care plan support, ABA techniques, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
