Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. The RBT role is in-home, under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-to-one behavioral intervention plans directly in clients’ homes.

Located in Madison, GA, the position offers weekday and potential weekend hours and opportunities for professional development within an expanding clinician-owned agency.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory BCBA staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
