Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based role in Logan, WV. The position offers a 35-hour workweek with a 2026-2027 school-year contract and a pay rate of up to $18.00 per hour.

The RBT will implement ABA and BIP plans under supervision of a BCBA, provide direct 1:1 support to students, and collaborate with teachers to create a positive, engaging classroom environment for student growth.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB is required.
• School-based or pediatric ABA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA and BIP plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students for engagement and skill development.
• Collect and record accurate real-time behavioral data during activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to maintain a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students to assist with classroom engagement, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction.

• Collect and record accurate, real-time behavioral data during instructional and non-instructional activities.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and BCBAs to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.

• Assist with skill generalization, daily living routines, and social interaction prompts as outlined in IEP goals.
