AbleLight is looking to add a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to their CO Behavior Support team.

In this position, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for assisting the Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with implementing behavior services, providing direct behavioral support to assigned clients, helping individuals with personal outcome measures, assisting in collecting data related to challenging behaviors, assisting during crisis events, and supporting assessment development, treatment materials, and other tasks outlined by the Behavior Analyst.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician, DSP (Direct Support Professional), Personal Support Worker, Personal Care Assistant, or similar roles.
• Ability to complete the required RBT training within 30 days, pass the exam, and maintain annual recertification of RBT status.
• Ability to meet with clients daily within their home, day program, or community-based living.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Implement appropriate behavioral data systems.
• Collect behavioral data at regular intervals for evaluating behavior plans and individual goals.
• Assist in developing and implementing assessments, training, education, and behavior support plans as outlined by the Behavior Analyst.
• Gather information for behavior assessments and treatment plans.
• Document the implementation of behavior support plans and treatments, including program data and daily routine checklists.
• Maintain and document billable caseload and ensure proper billing entries in AbleLight's billing systems.
