Job Description

The Behavior Therapist will work with a team of highly competent staff who provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Greater Houston/Katy area. We will provide ongoing support and training from one of our BCBA Supervisors and be there every step of the way to help you excel and succeed. While an RBT is preferred, our company is open to hiring those who do not yet have this certification.

Requirements
  • A desire to help children with autism
  • College degree, or will obtain degree within the next four months
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn ABA techniques quickly
  • Excellent rapport with children; experience working with children preferred
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Calm demeanor
  • Willing to take and implement feedback given by BCBA
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transportation
