Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Indianapolis seeks a Certified Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services in home or community settings under supervision. You will implement ABA programs for youth with developmental disabilities and provide 1:1 therapy, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to support clients across environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
