We are a fresh company! Our team collectively has many years of experience in the field of

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) but Growing Minds Behavioral health was fully realized and

formed just a couple short years ago. As such we are learning and growing and looking to add

people to our team who are visionaries and truly want to be part of a something special

because that is what we are creating.

Have a voice where you work! We believe that our RBTs are truly valuable members of our

team and we take your opinions and feedback seriously. We mean it too. We have our

employees complete anonymous surveys because lets be real- it can be hard to give your

supervisor feedback face-to-face. We do our best to implement changes where we can based

upon the feedback we receive!

Do you want to work somewhere where you can grow? We have a low turnover rate and

many of our team members have been with us from the start! As we grow we are creating

innovative ways to increase opportunities for growth from within. Our team loves it here!

Know your coworkers! Have you worked at other companies and found that you never meet

monthly in-person team meetings and regularly scheduled events so that we can build

community within the organization.

Provide play-based therapy!!! Many companies say they provide play-based therapy but do

you see it in action? Let’s have fun while we work! The kiddos love when their technicians

arrive because we pair REALLY well with them by engaging them in activities based off of their

own motivation.

with the right training for a person who has a heart for helping others and is not afraid to get a

Our focus at Growing Minds is on developing pivotal skills for our clients that will lead to learning through a variety of both structured and child-led activities. Our primary goal is to increase the functioning of each client. We focus on four pivotal areas: Motivation, response to multiple cues, self-management, and initiation of social interactions. Sessions occur in a variety of settings which can include home, school and community settings.

Through empowering parents with knowledge of managing behaviors and increasing skills our focus is to increase social awareness, independence, communication and play all while having fun!

We aim to help our clients unleash their full potential whether that be learning to ride a bike or learning to brush their teeth. Where we see a need our goal is to help our clients achieve theirs.
