Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior support and skill-building plans
• Accurately track data and document progress during each session
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, families, and team members
• Uphold the dignity, preferences, and autonomy of each client
• Work primarily with children and adolescents with autism

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Experience working with autistic individuals or children (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Reliability and professionalism in all client interactions
• Commitment to ethical, respectful, and person-centered care
• Ability to work in clinic, home, or community-based settings
