Job Summary

The RBT at Elite Spectrum ABA is entrusted with significant responsibility for patient care. They work under the guidance of a BCBA or RBT Supervisor to deliver behavior analysis services, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. The role involves providing high-quality patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement measurement procedures and collect data electronically.
• Describe behaviors and environments in observable, measurable terms.
• Identify components of skill acquisition plans and prepare for sessions accordingly.
• Use reinforcement contingencies and teach using discrete-trial and naturalistic methods.
• Apply stimulus control transfer, prompts, generalization, maintenance, shaping, and token economy techniques.
• Identify key elements of behavior plans and prepare objective session notes.
• Adhere to BACB supervision requirements, maintain professional boundaries and client dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved education program or a student on a path to working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• At least 1+ year of experience as an RBT.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active BACB RBT Certification.
• American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
