Achievers ABA Therapy in Indiana is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one therapy for children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support treatment plans, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent approaches.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior; assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach.
• Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience:

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
