Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and support development under a BCBA.

You'll collect session data, follow individualized plans, and collaborate with caregivers and clinical staff. This role offers professional development, training, and opportunities to grow within ABA.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with supervising clinicians.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour

Required Availability: Monday - Friday, (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Service Setting: (In - Clinic)

Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancellations, staffing, and operational needs.
