Job description

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and works one-on-one with clients diagnosed with Autism to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. RBTs receive ongoing training and support. The starting pay for RBTs is $21.25 per hour. RBTs can advance within our level system to increase pay and earn additional incentives.
