The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for direct client care and providing high-quality early intervention services with support and direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

RBT Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings.
• Implements Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under the supervision of behavior analysts/consultants.
• Facilitates resource development and support information for patients and families.
• Provides detailed daily treatment notes in EMR system for billing purposes.
• Discusses referrals for additional services with BCBA.
• Completes documentation and supervisory requirements as per state regulations.
• Collaborates effectively with team members, families, and clients.
• Participates in scheduled therapy meetings.
• Attends CEU trainings to maintain professional licensure.
• Follows federal, state, and local certification requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Current RBT certification (preferred)
• Experience in pediatric environments (e.g., daycares, schools)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
