Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and contribute to the development of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA.
  • Collect data on clients' behavior and progress.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records for each client.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other staff members.
  • Provide feedback and updates on client progress to the BCBA.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations as directed.
  • Ensure that treatment plans are implemented according to ethical guidelines and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and attend training sessions as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of clients.
