Job summary

Restore ABA & Speech Therapy in Katy, TX is seeking a dedicated Pre-school teacher or Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping clients acquire essential life skills.

In this role you will conduct FBAs, implement BIPs and ABA programs, deliver one-on-one sessions in homes, schools or clinics,

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) under the guidance of a BCBA to determine root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programs based on client goals.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in various settings (homes, schools, clinics).
• Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Assist in developing and modifying ABA programs as needed to address changing needs.
• Collaborate with BCBA and treatment team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to teach ABA techniques for generalization.
• Provide a supportive and nurturing environment to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Job Overview
