Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes one-to-one interventions in clients' homes, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit, and valid RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is required to support families across Connecticut.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
