Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings
• Implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under supervision
• Support and develop resources for clients and families
• Maintain detailed treatment notes in EMR system
• Coordinate with BCBA for referrals and additional services
• Complete documentation and supervisory requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
• Participate in meetings and training sessions
• Maintain professional licensure requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Current RBT certification (a plus)
• Experience in pediatric environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
