Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Decatur, IL seeks a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to youth in home and community settings. The role supports treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA and requires reliable transportation and scheduling flexibility.

Part-time position with potential eligibility for medical benefits. Candidate should have an RBT certification or be pursuing qualification and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
