Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Decatur, IL, is seeking a dedicated RBT or individuals willing to train to become an RBT to join our therapy team. The role focuses on delivering ABA-based, one-on-one services in home or community settings.

The position is part-time, with supervision from a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, and offers flexibility with scheduling and a commitment to improving clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to train as RBT.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information.
